This product is an enhancement to the  manufacturer’s warranty service where you may require an intermediary service or your machine is out of warranty.  \u003cbr\u003eThe service will cover the following:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDeep clean of entire unit \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLED’s\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCamera clean  \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eElectrode replacement\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSoftware update as appropriate\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFibre guides\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFusion arc check\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSplicer fibre clamps\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCleaver deep clean\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCleaver fibre clamp pad\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMachine functionality check, focus errors, motor errors, heat shrink oven check\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAll carriage charges to collect the customer splicer and deliver back once service complete\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNetworks Centre will contact the customer  to arrange collection.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eService will be completed within 5 days after receipt and returned to the customer's advised delivery address.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny parts found to be broken due to misuse will be highlighted to the customer. If required, we will arrange for a quote to be issued for replacement and arrange with Sumitomo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShould the splicer prove to have a fault and need to be returned to Sumitomo for assessment, we will contact the customer for their written acceptance.
